Garden Route Virtual Challenge

The Garden Route is a 300-kilometre (186.41 miles) stretch of the south eastern coast of South Africa. It extends from Witsand (in the Western Cape) to the border of Tsitsikamma Storms River in the Eastern Cape.

Even if the terrestrial wildlife is scarce the region shows stunning aquatic species and forest bird species such as Knysna turaco (one of a group of African musophagidae birds), yellow-throated warbler and olive woodpecker.
