Finished up the Grand Canyon last week and received the medal last night. It took me 71 days (only counting my “exercise walking” towards it.) Loved the pretty street views on this one, when moving the peg man around.
Still plodding through the PCT…40% done.

My Grand Canyon medal was waiting for me when I got home today! I love it, I love all of my medals. So far this year has been rough for me physically and it's nice to have these as a reminder of what I was still able to accomplish, and this wonderfully supportive group to share my accomplishments with. 😁
You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers - let’s do this!
How do I enter a distance towards the challenge?
You can log distances using two methods:
1) Manually - Either on the web or via our iPhone and Android apps. Select your exercise type, add a distance and boom, you’re done. You can add a screenshot of your tracker if you wish but it is not required.
2) Automatically – Via the range of apps and devices that we connect with. Currently, we support: Apple Watch & Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, Adidas Running, Strava, Runkeeper, Map My Run, Map My Ride, and Map My Walk.
Can I enter multiple challenges at once?
Yes - You can enter as many challenges as you like and post your distances to each of the challenges.
You can either post all your distances to all of your challenges or you can decide what types of distances go to which challenges. e.g. you might want to send your walking distances to one challenge and your cycling or swimming distances to another challenge. It's completetely up to you.
Can I log multiple exercise types?
Yes - You can log any distance based exercise that you do. The common ones that we have icons for are:
Running (indoor and outdoor)
Cycling (indoor and outdoor)
Rowing
Walking
Skiing
Swimming
Elliptical
Wheelchair
All others can be logged in the “other” category.
You can also convert other exercises, such as sports that you play or going to the gym etc into distances. We can provide information on some ways to do this.
How long does the challenge go for?
You get to choose the time-frame in which you will complete your Challenge, from 1 week to 24 months. This goal can be easily changed at any time if you want to shorten it or extend (within the 24 month limit).
You can change this goal as many times as you like during the event.
How do teams work?
Teams are a fun way to take part in The Conqueror Virtual Fitness Challenges.
**Note that each team member is required to purchase their own entry into the challenge. Each team member will receive their own medal at the end**
Basically you share the distance with the other people in your team.
Your team will have their very own team icon on the map.
Each time a team member posts a distance, your team icon will advance along the map.
Your team will also be represented on the leaderboard.
You will also be able to see information about your own personal achievements and rankings separate from the team.
The distance doesn’t have to be divided evenly among team members. You can team up with guru athletes and people just starting out!
So hustle up your friends or workmates and join the fun!
Which countries do you accept entries from?
We welcome entries from all over the world* and we offer global shipping on medals and apparel. On average we have people from over 80 countries from around the world enter our challenges each month!
*There are a few countries where we currently face delivery restrictions due to various international regulations and operational challenges: Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), Palestine, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Yemen.
How do I access the challenge once I’ve signed up?
The best way to enjoy our Conqueror Challenges is through our mobile app "The Conqueror Challenges" which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play. You can also access the Challenges through our My Virtual Mission Website.
You will be asked to create an account on either the App or Website and this login can be used on either platform.
Once you have logged in, you'll click "ENTER JOIN CODE" and enter the join code that was emailed to you when you purchased.
What is the difference between specific and generic codes?
Specific codes refer to entry codes that are associated with a particular challenge that you select to participate in. These codes grant you access to that specific challenge only. When using a specific code, you have already chosen the challenge you want to join, and the code ensures your entry to that specific challenge.
On the other hand, generic codes are more versatile. They are general entry codes that allow you to gain access to a variety of challenges. Unlike specific codes, generic codes do not bind you to a particular challenge at the time of purchase. Instead, you can use a generic code to purchase entry to a challenge of your choice later on.
What happens with the codes we already bought?
Starting from July 28th, the Grand Canyon specific codes will be converted into generic codes. Here's the exciting part: There's no rush! You don't have to complete the Grand Canyon Challenge by the 28th of July to receive your well-deserved medal. There's no time limit, allowing you to conquer the challenge at your own pace and enjoy the journey to the fullest!
Do generic codes also apply to licensed challenges?
No, the generic codes can't be used for licesend challenges.
Will I be restrained by any time limit to finish the current Grand Canyon?
There's no rush! You don't have to complete the Grand Canyon Challenge by the 28th of July to receive your well-deserved medal. There's no time limit, allowing you to conquer the challenge at your own pace and enjoy the journey to the fullest!
Can I use my generic codes to enter this challenge until 28th of July?
Yes, you can join anytime for the current design with the generic codes until 28th of July.
Can I use my current Grand Canyon code for the future design?
Absolutely! Starting from July 28th, any unused Grand Canyon codes within the app will be automatically converted into generic codes.
